About Full Blown Movies
In the early summer of 2008, we wanted to have family movie nights out in the backyard on those nice, long, balmy nights. After purchasing the necessary equipment, we used a corner of the backyard on the lawn, and what a fantastic experience it was. Not only on the first night we set up the theater, but every time since then. This is the 21st century version of the old drive in movie meets state of the art backyard cinema. You are in control, no crowds to deal with, just you, your family and friends of choice. Start, stop and pause the movie as needed. Imagine, a brilliant color movie projected on a 12' diagonal blown up screen for your enjoyment in your very own backyard, complete with a sound system. So in 2010, we wanted to offer this as a service to anyone who would love to have this fantastic experience in their own backyard. This Summer, spend some quality time with family and friends and book us for a Full Blown Movie experience. Our goal is to provide you with the best movie experience you can have right in your own back yard!
We are fully insured and offer service to the following communities: Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, Blackhawk, Alamo, Diablo, Walnut Creek, Clayton, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Lafayette, Moraga, and Orinda.
Our Movies Packages
The Matinee
This package features a 12' diagonal (16:9) inflatable screen and a Full Blown 5.1 Surround Sound System. Use either DVD or Blu-Ray disc. One movie of any length. Complete set-up with a Full Blown Movies crew member on site to make sure equipment runs smoothly. Afterwards, complete take down. All included for the price of $250.
The Double Feature
This package features a 12' diagonal (16:9) inflatable screen and a Full Blown 5.1 Surround Sound System. Use either DVD or Blu-Ray disc. Two movies of any length. Complete set-up with a Full Blown Movies crew member on site to make sure equipment runs smoothly. Afterwards, complete take down. Only $350.

Reservations
First come first serve with a non refundable deposit & signed Event Agreement to secure a spot
Weather
Is a big variable in planning any outdoor event. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to change the weather, however, there are ways to plan for it. Our inflatable screen can handle up to between 15-20 mps winds. Full Blown Movies will work with the client if any movie event has to be rescheduled because of rain or windy weather.
Back yard Conditions
Client must make sure their sprinkler/irrigation system be completely turned off, and back yard conditions are dry. Will need access to at least one nearby power outlet.
Film Licensing
Full Blown Movies does not supply the movie or DVD, we supply only the presentation equipment. The customer will provide the movie for showing. If the event is public (not in your own backyard), you will need to work with the film licensing companies, Criterion USA & Swank Motion Pictures to obtain public performance rights. We will gladly assist you in this process.
Event Liability Insurance
Full Blown Movies is fully insured.
Set Up & Take Down Procedure
Full Blown Movies will begin set up at the customers' specified time. The average set up time takes about 45 minutes depending on the environment. A Full Blown Movies technician will be on the premises for the duration of the movie(s) to ensure good equipment operation. We will take down equipment when the event is over and will take about 45 minutes to take down and load up equipment.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The balance will be due prior to set up at your event.
